Return & Exchange Policy
At Three Bars Western Co., every piece is made just for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create responsibly made products — something we truly believe in.
Because of our made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage reviewing the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you ever need help deciding, we’re happy to assist!
That said, we stand behind the quality of what we create.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@threebarswesternco.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our print partner’s policies.
